Glazed pearlware molded cup plate with dark blue transfer print decoration of a three-story house in center and border of flowers and two classical figures, one holding portrait of Washington (?) labeled "AMERICA AND" other kneeling and labeled "INDEB" [?].

According to the donor, the rim decoration is known as the'States Border Design'.
