Description: 
Mahogany Empire desk and bookcase; upper portion with removable, flat-topped pediment overhanging front and sides; cornice molding below; two glazed doors with mullions forming a pointed arch with two circles below and two half circles at bottom; long drawer flanked by two short drawers below glass doors; lower section has folded, hinged writing surface above long drawer flanked by smaller drawers; kneehole flanked by tall cupboards raised on acanthus carved legs with lion feet.
