Description:
Eleven-piece desk set of patinated metal and mottled green glass in the "Etched Metal and Glass" pattern; consisting blotter ends, letter rack, calendar, paperweight, two inkwells, pen holder, and paper clip.
Gallery Label:
The "Etched Metal and Glass" desk set, as it was called in Tiffany Studios' 1920 catalog, was one of more than fifteen desk set patterns offered at the Tiffany Studios' showrooms. Patterns included as many as thirty different pieces, allowing clients to customize their own sets.
