Description:
Colorless pressed glass footed sugar bowl with flanged rim and panels of waffle-patterning alternating with pairs of wide vertical ribs around sides (panels and ribs are sideswept at bottom); matching domed cover with inverted cone-shaped finial on circular step.

This pattern has been called Fine Cut and Feather, Indiana Feather, Indiana Swirl, and other names by collectors (see "American and European Pressed Glass in The Toledo Museum of Glass," p. 336).
