Description:
Double folding lorgnette with elaborately molded white metal handle with foliate decoration; handle houses two pairs of spectacles of varying strengths, both with white metal frames; spectacles have oval lenses connected by "K" shaped nosepiece; spur on top of left lens frame serves as handle for pulling spectacles from inside handle. Loop at base of handle to attach chain; separate chain (b) made up of metal links and clear glass beads with metal frames.
