Description: 
Rectangular metal printing plate; coat of arms with bird with outstretched wings atop knight's helmet atop shield enclosed with numerous other symbolic elements within rectangular frame decorated with roses on one side and thistles on the other; "JOHN ROSS DELAFIELD" inscribed at bottom of frame; printing surfaced covered in brown chemical.
