Fan with carved ivory guards with openwork design and plain ivory sticks with rivet end shaped like an arrow head; green silk leaf with ivory lining, with monogram painted in white, blue, and yellow on obverse.

The monogram on this fan is that of Lena Burr Corse (1847-1910), the donor's mother.
