Description:
This woman's hand fan is made of paper and has a wood handle. One side has a photo-lithograph of women having tea in a restaurant and reads "Rafter's Teas/ and Coffees/ Are The Best/ Simply Delicious". The reverse reads in black "Wine, Liquors, Teas, Coffees and Cigars, and Fine Groceries/ Edward Rafter/ 120th St. & 3rd Ave./ 145th St. & 3rd Ave./ New York".
