Description:
Commemorative fan with bamboo guards and sticks (the guards carved and pierced); paper leaf with light blue obverse with landscape printed in gray, and ivory-colored reverse with silver stippling and inscription, "The Viriginians April 10th, 1912," printed in gold; metal handle with tassel.
