Description:
Cobalt blue glass figured flask blown in a full-size, three-part mold; flask has hand-tooled flared neck and lip, rounded shoulders, oval body decorated with twisted vertical ribs, a shield containing a standing lion with an ax on the obverse; flat base with a pontil mark.
