Black, yellow, and red painted leather frontpiece from a fire helmet; "36" cut out at center and backed with yellow painted leather, with "EQU. . .ABLE" in applied, yellow painted lettering on recessed, red painted panel above and ". . .F [S?]" in applied, black painted lettering on recessed, yellow painted panel below.
