Gold and red painted leather frontpiece from a fire helmet; "2" appliquéd over crossed hook and ladder on recessed, red painted shield at center, with "ASSISTANT / AMERICUS" and "WPS" in applied, gold painted lettering on recessed, red painted panels above and below.
