Description:
Black painted leather frontpiece from a fire helmet; shield shape cut at center and backed with red painted (now darkened) leather with "13" in gold painted leather appliqué; "PERSEVERANCE" and "ENGINE" in applied, gold painted leather lettering at top and bottom.
