Eight comb black painted leather fire helmet with tooled linear decoration on crown and scroll border on brim; black leather frontpiece with firefighting tools painted in gold and red and gold painted inscription, "NY / EXEMPT / ASSOCIATION / J.W. . . ."; gilded brass eagle frontpiece holder; textile half-lining.
