Description:
Black painted leather fireman's belt with edges bound with yellow (originally white?) painted leather; recessed, red painted panel with "EXEMPT 23RD WRD" in applied, yellow painted leather lettering; slipe loop with "FCP" on recessed red square with canted corners; narrow, elongated loop with metal clip at lower end.
