Yellow leather fireman's belt with a metal buckle and leather sleeve at one end; red recess across the center with applied leather lettering reading "EXEMPT 1ST VICE PRESIDENT ASSN"; the sleeve has a shield shaped red recess with applied leather lettering reading "23RD WARD / GAVH".
