U.S. flag with an American bald eagle painted in the canton with a U.S. shield at its breast and arrows and a laurel branch in its talons and two arches with thirteen stars above its head and wings; painted in white, red and yelllow on blue wool; twelve red and white stripes; white cotton hoist.
