Description:
Blue wool flag with three gold cotton fleur-de-lys sewn onto the ground; white cotton hoist with metal grommets at each end; nailed to the wooden flagstaff through the grommets and in the center of the hoist with metal nails; brass spade-shaped finial with a conical rest; bottom half of the flagstaff attaches to top with a metal cuff; ball shaped end.
