Description:
Cotton printed flag half red and half white with a red star printed in the white at the fly end; half and half white with a blue star printed in the white at the hoist end, horizontal stripes; nailed to wooden flagstaff with metal nails at top and bottom of the hoist; gold painted finial on flagstaff.
