Dark blue wool infantry officer's double-breasted frock coat with stand-up collar having green grosgrain ribbon around the center, bordered by gold ribbon; 9 buttons down each side of the front, gold ribbon band around each cuff with sleeve knots above bearing crossed rifle insignia
