Leather, iron, and cotton gaiter; stitched, flat brown leather legging with bulbous top that tapers to bottom, and strap on top left side that fastens to buckle on top right.

According to accesion records, this gaiter was worn by Colonel John B. Walker of the U.S. Army Medical Corps during World War I.
