Description:
A gold colored metal military insignia pin in the shape of two crossed telescoping naval artillery cannon barrels with paddle shaped butts tied by a red, white and blue cloth ribbon over a gold metal dangling button-like charm embossed with an eagle gripping an anchor encircled by stars. Probably a pre-World War I naval artillery insignia.
