Woven with "FLAG SHIP/ Rear Admiral Bancroft Gherardi USN/ INTERNATIONAL/ NAVAL RENDEZVOUS/ AND/ REVIEW/ HAMPTON ROADS VA/ AND/ NEW YORK HARBOR/ APRIL 1893." Distant image of ships in harbor with large anchor over coral motif at tapered tip; yellow silk tassle at bottom.
