Pull toy consisting of clown with wooden limbs jointed at hips and shoulders mounted on rectangular wooden base with four wooden wheels; base and wheels are painted black, and base has patterned paper glued to top; clown has bisque flange head and is dressed in long-sleeved tan shirt belted at waist with lace trim on cuffs, collar, and hem, striped trousers and jester's cap with bell; rods attached to rear axle make arms and legs move.
