Description:
Copperplate-printed cotton kerchief with a full-length portrait of George Washington with a horse after the "Dorchester Heights" portrait of Washington by Gilbert Stuart; border of twenty-one stars in squares divided by American bald eagles; printed in sepia ink on a white ground.
