Description:
Leather, wood, cotton, iron, and brass knapsack; square wooden frame with black leather cover tacked to front and sides, blanket strap sewn at top, two shoulder straps riveted to top rear, and two iron buckles at bottom left side; two leather-covered canvas flaps on inside of knapsack, and black leather flap at rear with white canvas inner pocket and three straps that fasten to brass studs at bottom of knapsack; painted marks on flap and front.
