Cotton mull collar with whitework embroidery lace trimmed with handmade bobbin lace; the neck edge is hemmed, around the outside edge is a floral garland with bobbin lace work in filling the larger flowers and a row of drawnwork at the edge; the collar is trimmed with lace that is primarily tulle studded with dots, the outer edge is a row of flowers with open dot petals creating a scalloped beaded edge.
