Description:
Machine made white silk lace collared bertha, overall oval shaped, the ground is tulle, the edge of the collar is embroidered with collon floss in a floral patten with sawtooth endging finished in buttonhole stitch, the collar is trimmed with a double flounce, the top flounce embroidered in a rinceau pattern with a garland beneath, the under flounce embroidered in a smaller, less elaborate pattern as the upper, both are finished with a sawtooth edge worked in buttonhole stitch.
