Description:
Colorless pressed lead glass lamp base; octagonal, petalform glass cup around metal attachment for lamp lodged in cylindrical socket with beaded rim and six ovals; hexagonal, gadrooned baluster stem; circular base with six ovals.

According to the accession records, this lamp came from "Hokanum," the Connecticut estate of Morris Ketchum (1796-1880).
