Description:
A thin tin letter opener printed with an advertisement for lantern supplies. The end reads in black on gold "The Welsbach Store/ 1133 Broadway/ New York" above a picture of a lantern. Along the blade "Welsbach Lights/ Cut Your Gas Bills In Half". On the reverse "Intensive Welsbach Mantle" above a shield marked "The Shield of Quality/ Welsbach Company/ Phila. P.A., U.S.A.", and along the blade a list of different size mantles and lantern parts.
