Description:
Tortoise shell spring lorgnette with beaded chain; folded lorgnette fits into shaped tortoise shell case; when spring is released, lorgnette with hinged nosepiece folds out; lorgnette has two rectangular lenses which collapse on top of one another; long beadwork chain (not original) with silver-colored beads worked in double strand attached to lorgnette with clasp.
