SEPT. 1757"; inscription below exergual line: "OFFERT PAR B. DUVIVIER/A LA GARDE NATIONALE." Reverse bears an inscription: "MAJOR GENERAL/DANS LES ARMEES/DES ETAS UNIS D'AMERIQ.e/EN 1777/MARESCHAL DE CAMP,/VICEPRESID.t DEL'ASSEMBLEE/NATIONALE DE 12 JULLIET/COMMANDANT GENERAL/DE LA GARDE NARION.e PARIS.e/LE 15 JULLIET/1789" surrounded by legend: "VENGEUR DE LA LIBERTE DANS LES DEUX MONDES."
