Description:
Bronze struck medallion with obverse showing Columbus on beach holding flag, with other figures; legend: "DEDICATED TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE IN HONOR OF THE 400TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE DISCOVERY OF AMERICA/UNITED WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL," in exergue: 1492. Reverse shows left-facing Liberty head surrounded by stars and "1892."
