Aluminum struck medal with obverse showing right profile bust-length portrait of Columbus inside oak wreath with legend in ribbons at top: "WORLD'S/ FAIR/ CHICAGO/ 1893." Reverse shows central left profile bust-length portrait of Washington inside oval wreath surrounded by 21 busts of presidents with names below; stars at top. Legend: "THE PRESIDENTS OF THE/ UNITED STATES OF AMERICA." Hole punched at top.
