Description:
Gold-colored metal molded medal with obverse showing figures with flags on beach; legend: "COLUMBUS". Reverse legend: "DISCOVERY/ OF/ AMERICA 1492/ WORLD'S COLUMBIAN/ EXPOSITION/ CHICAGO, ILLS/ U.S.A. 1893". Medal hangs by attached loop at top from ornate oblong copper-colored metal pin back holder with center wrapped in red, white, and blue grosgrain ribbon.
