Metal pin-back bar embossed with the word "DELEGATE", attached to a piece of red ribbon with a hanging metal medallion at the end. Circular medallion contains image of Niagara Falls, between the text "NIAGARA FALLS/JUNE 1903". On back of medallion, "37TH ANNUAL/ENCAMPMENT/DEPARTMENT/OF NEW YORK/GRAND ARMY/OF THE/REPUBLIC".
