Brass struck medalet set into bronze uniface maltese cross. Medalet obverse shows right front-facing bust-length portrait of Dewey; legend: "GEO. W. DEWEY". Reverse shows battleship at sea; in exerg.: "OLYMPIA". Loop fused at top.
