Description:
Metal pin-back bar with an image of an eagle above a scroll with the word "DELEGATE," attached to a piece of ribbon and three hanging medallions. First medallion, a rectangle with "38TH ANNUAL." Second, a rectangle with "ENCAMPMENT". Third, a circular medallion with a portrait of a man surrounded by "DEP'T. OF N. Y. G. A. R./ROCHESTER, JUNE 14-15-'04" and a laurel wreath.
