Decorative silver-colored metal pin-back bar attached to a piece of red, white and blue ribbon embossed with silver text "28th Annual/ENCAMPMENT/Department of/New Jersey,/Feb. 7-8, 1895,/Trenton, N. J.". Cream-colored round medallion attached to bottom of ribbon, printed with GAR image surrounded by the text "GRAND ARMY/OF THE REPUBLIC." On back of medallion, image of a military campground below "BATTLE OF GETTYSBURG JULY 3-1863."
