Description:
Metal pin-back bar with image of Philadelphia and central image of Philadelphia city seal, with a scroll below that reads "PHILADELPHIA/1899/SEPTEMBER". Attached to a yellow ribbon embroidered with an American flag and embossed with the word "INVITATIONS", with another metal bar at end. Bottom bar embossed with "SEPT. GAR 1899", and is attached to a hanging metal depiction of the Liberty bell.
