Gold-colored pin-back bar with hanging decorative coin below. Top bar embossed with "SOUVENIR", and coin embossed with central image of a stacked eagle, cannon, American flag and military medal, surrounded by the letters "G A R". Around the edge of the coin reads "34TH NAT'L ENCAMPMENT/1900/CHICAGO". Back of medal has image of a man on a horse with the words "LOGAN MONUMENT" below.
