Description:
Silver pendant medal; flat diamond shape with small hanging loop at top; edges have machined wriggle work decoration; obverse has engraved Greek symbols for Pi, Theta, and Epsilon at center; reverse has engraved initials and date; three small holes punched at each side and at base.
