Brass medal suspended from bar with pin back; inscription "CUBAN PACIFICATION 1908" with depiction of Victory standing before a soldier; reverse inscription "UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS/FOR/SERVICE" with depiction of laurel wreath, eagle and anchor; red, white, blue and green silk ribbon connects bar and medal.
