Description:
Rectangular, metal pin-back bar with word "DELEGATE" attached to a piece of red ribbon embossed with gold lettering "BINGHAMTON/N. Y./JUNE 15-16-17/1909" and a hanging medal shaped like a broom. Circular metal medallion attached to the bottom of the ribbon, with a portrait of a man in profile surrounded by the text "DEPARTMENT COMMANDER/W. H. DANIELS".
