Description:
Metal pin-back bar with image of a scroll ("41ST/ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT/G.A.R./19/07")above an image of a monument in an oval-shaped outline with "SARATOGA/SPRINGS, N.Y." on either side. Attached to a yellow ribbon embossed with "NAVAL/VETERAN" in silver lettering, with a hanging medallion at the bottom. Medallion contains a gold-colored central image of an anchor, surrounded by the text "NATIONAL/CONVENTION".
