Description:
Cast metal New York County Tricentennial medal; on the obverse is the New York City crest in the center; shield with windmill blades flanked by a man in colonial dress and a Native American holding a bow, surmounted by an American bald eagle, below is a banner inscribed,"SICILIUM*CIVATIS*NOVI* EBORACI;" inscibed around the edge, "COUNTY OF NEW YORK/ NOVEMEBER 1, 1683;" on the reverse the medal is inscribed, "TRICENTENNIAL/ NEW YORK COUNTY/ NOVEMBER 1, 1983/ CITIBANK;" medal set upright on a rectangular plywood base.
