Silver struck medal with obverse showing clothed bust of Pope Leo XIII facing left with legend: "LEO.XIII.PONT.MAX.ANNO.XI." Reverse shows figure of Pope at center, enthroned, with kneeling figures on either side, presenting offerings; legend above: "ORBIS.VNIVERSI.OBSEQVIA.ET.GRATULATIONES"; inscription in exergue: "ANTISTITI.SACROR.MAX/A.L.SACERDOTII.EIVS."
