Brass struck medal with obverse showing clothed busts of female, at left, and male, at right, with legend: "CONTRIBUTION/ONE DOLLAR" and inscription: "HELP US/AND/GOD/WILL/HELP YOU." Reverse shows inscription with elevation of building at center with legend: "THE GREAT DRIVE FOR A HOME FOR THE AGED/232 E. 10 ST." and inscription: "HELP US/BUILD/HOME of THE/SONS AND DAUGHTERS/OF ISRAEL."
