Gilt-bronze struck medal with obverse showing clothed bust of Washington facing left. Reverse bears inscription, flanked by laurel branches, that is partially obscured by remnants of tape glue: "SONS/OF THE/REVOLUTION/IN THE/STATE OF/NEW YORK/1933."
