Description: 
Bronze struck medallion with obverse showing elevation of temple with legend: "1825 ONE HUNDREDTH ANNIVERSARY 1925"; inscription in exergue: "CONGREGATION/B'NAI JESHURUN/NEW YORK." Reverse bears rectangular reserve at center depicting new-Gothic temple building with Hebrew text above and inscription: "THE FIRST/SYNAGOGUE/ELM STREET/COMMEMORATING/ONE HUNDRED YEARS OF SERVICE/GOD - ISRAEL - HUMANITY." Black leather square fitted case with green silk satin and silk velvet lining.
